The hotel is situated close to the beautiful lake and provides easy access to a park for swimming. Staff is friendly and accommodating, as they assist with ordering breakfast and reserving boat tours at reasonable prices. the rooms are clean and come with nice amenities, such as air conditioning and a parking lot.
Transportation is needed to reach the town center as the hotel lies outside the city, and there are no available pedestrian sidewalks or streetlights.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The parking was safe and we had no problem with our transportation. We were glad that the location of the hotel was near a park in the center and just a walk away from the beautiful bacalar lagoon. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, we appreciated the staff who arranged for us to order in.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel is located near a lake, which made for a lovely day trip. The staff was helpful and friendly, and assisted us in ordering food for delivery. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities provided.
The hotel is located outside of the main city, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi to visit. The entrance road was in poor condition and did not provide adequate lighting.

We spent our easter holidays at a charming hotel near Bacalar. the rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We enjoyed an amazing boat excursion in the beautiful lagoon nearby. the hotel was located just a short drive away from the city center, making it the ideal location for exploring all that this area has to offer.
The road entrance to the hotel was a bit rough, especially if you're driving during a rainy day, so bring a good car. the hotel was not within walking distance of the city center, which meant we had to drive or use transportation to go anywhere.
